Shipping Options

Receive shipping wherever you are. Kayenne offers shipping globally. Shipping options and respective rate are calculated at time of checkout based on your location. We are working towards a friendly shipping and packaging model that prioritizes low waste, emissions and impact to the environment while being economically feasible for you. Right now, we do not offer free shipping (yet). 

Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt Email
You will receive an email when your products are ready including a shipping confirmation email once an order has shipped. We'll send you an email with the tracking number if you have selected a shipping method with tracking. We highly recommend you select a tracked shipping option. If you have any requests, such as including several orders into one shipment, please let us know at support@wearkayenne.com.

We may reach out if we can minimize the amount of packaging or shipments to you.

Delivery Time
Delivery time will depend on the shipping option chosen. We are aware that due to COVID-19, shipping times have been affected and will notify you of any shipping updates. All Kayenne products are shipped from Vancouver, BC. 

Duties and Taxes

Canada
For orders that are placed within Canada, there are federal and provincial sales taxes, depending on which province the order is being shipped to. Since Kayenne is a British Columbia based company, Canadian orders will not be subjected to any duties upon delivery as the shipment is not traversing any borders.

International
We do not include duties and taxes for international orders. Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment. For further information, please consult your local customs office.
